I came back from a final exam paper one day many years ago, feeling good about the whole exam period, picked up the guitar to sing a song of thanksgiving – but all the thanksgiving songs I knew were about thanking the Lord for dying on the cross for us and I couldn’t think of one about thanking God specifically for something amazing He had just done for me, a thought came into my mind, why not make up my own – here’s that song.
